Power 2 Become is a high-energy TED talk style conference. 5 professionals come and inspire about 2,500 students to become more! They speak about their lives, their careers, and give the best encouragement you could recieve as an undergraduate. My co-workers and I, under the directtion of our supervisor, managed the whole event.
The room below was our P2B Mixer. About 100 students were able to visit with the speakers for the event and network. I decorated the room, organized the layout, and negotiated contract savings with the lights surrounding the room saving about $300 on our budget.
